Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled for Bizfylr services.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Bizfylr Solutions Private Limited ("Bizfylr") for IT-related services including (but not limited to) software/web/app development, automation & integrations, cloud/DevOps, managed support retainers, technical consulting, and digital products/SaaS subscriptions.

  1. Overview

    Because IT projects and digital deliverables may commence immediately, refunds are available only in the specific cases below. We aim to be fair while accounting for effort spent, third-party costs, and resources allocated once work begins.

  2. Refund Eligibility

    • 100% refund: If cancellation is requested before any project work, discovery, or environment setup has started.
    • Duplicate payment: Any accidental duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
    • Client-initiated cancellation within 24 hours: Full or partial refund may be issued if no significant resources were allocated.
    • Partial refund (pro-rata): If early-stage work (discovery, wireframes, PoC/prototype, initial infra setup) is completed, we will deduct the effort already consumed and refund the balance.
    • Non-delivery: If a milestone was paid but not delivered within the agreed grace period and no revised timeline is mutually accepted, a proportional refund for the undelivered scope will be issued.
  3. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • Work has started on development, consulting, cloud provisioning, or paid discovery based on the approved scope/SOW.
    • Costs for third-party items (licenses, APIs, SaaS tools, domains, cloud credits, marketplace fees) purchased on your behalf.
    • Custom software/source code, artifacts, or deployments already shared, committed, or delivered (including staging/preview links).
    • Delays caused by incomplete inputs (credentials, content, approvals) or client unresponsiveness.
    • Service impact due to third-party outages (cloud providers, payment gateways, Git hosting) outside our control.
    • Retainer hours already consumed or reserved time slots that cannot be reassigned.
  4. Split Payment / Milestone Policy

    For milestones or split payments (e.g., 50% upfront + 50% on delivery):

    • The upfront amount confirms the booking and becomes non-refundable once execution begins.
    • Subsequent invoices are raised only after the agreed milestone is completed and shared for review.
    • If a project is paused/terminated mid-way, we’ll bill for completed portions and refund any unearned balance.
  5. SaaS Subscriptions & Digital Products

    • Subscriptions: Billed in advance; cancellations stop future renewals. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
    • Trials: If a free trial exists, charges begin after the trial unless cancelled before the trial end.
    • One-time digital deliverables (templates, scripts, components) are non-refundable once download/access is provided.
  6. Bug-Fix & Warranty Window

    For custom development deliverables, we provide a 30-day bug-fix window from acceptance/Go-Live for defects against the approved scope. New features or scope changes are billed separately.

  7. Refund Request Process

    Email bizfylr@gmail.com with:

    • Project ID or order reference
    • Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)
    • Reason for refund and any supporting evidence

    We may request additional details/clarifications where needed.

  8. Timelines

    We review refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks/gateways typically take 5–10 working days to reflect the amount.

  9. Chargebacks

    Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; most issues can be resolved quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks for delivered services may lead to service suspension and recovery actions.

  10. Data & Access on Cancellation

    Upon cancellation, we will revoke access to staging/production resources provisioned by us (if applicable) after handover. You may request a final export of code/artifacts within 7 days where contractually allowed. Sensitive data is handled per our privacy & security practices.

  11. Policy Updates

    This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will appear here with a revised "Last updated" date.
